Method:

Preheat the oven
to 350°F/180°C.

Roll out the dough
and line a greased tart pan with it. Bake blind
for about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare
the almond cram in mixing bowl: combine the
almond powder, sugar, butter and eggs.
-
Take the crust out
of the oven. Fill the tart base with almond
cram. Bake for another 15 minutes.
-
Wash the
strawberries, discarding the leaves and stems.
halve them lengthwise.
-
Garnish the tart
with the strawberry halves, overlapping them
slightly.
