Method:

Roll out the dough. Cut out 6
equal 3 1/3 - 4 inch (8-10 cm) circles and line
the greased tartlet pans with them.

Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C.

Heat the honey over medium heat
until it forms a light caramel.

Fold in the pine nuts and
continue cooking, stirring all the time. until
they brown.
-
Add the crème fraiche.
-
Pour the filling into the tartlet
crusts. Bake for 15 min.
