Ingredients

Serves 6-8:

  • 8 1/2 oz pie crust dough (refer recipe)

  • 2 eggs

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened condensed milk

  • 2 cups maple syrup

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 3 tbsp flour


Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C.

  2. Roll out the dough. Line a non-stick 9 inch tart pan.

  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs together with the condensed milk, maple syrup, lemon juice, and the flour. Pour into the tart shell.

  4. Bake for about 25 minutes.
