Method:

Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C.

Roll out the dough. Line a
non-stick 9 inch tart
pan.

In a bowl, beat the eggs together with the
condensed milk, maple syrup, lemon juice, and the
flour. Pour into the
tart
shell.

Bake for about
25 minutes.
