Almond cream:
Method:

Prepare the almond cream: in a
bowl; mix the eggs, crème fraiche, sugar, and
almond powder. Set aside.

Peel the kiwis. Cut each of 6 of
the kiwis into 6 thick slices. Liquify the
remaining kiwi. Add the puree to the almond
cream.

Preheat the oven to 410°F/210°C.

Roll out the dough and line a
greased tart pan with it. Prick with a fork.
Pour the cream into the tart crust. Bake for 20
min.

Arrange the kiwi slices on the
tart, overlapping them. Dust with brown sugar.
Raise the oven temperature to 460°F/240°C and
continue cooking for about 5 min to allow the
top to brown.
