Method:

Working on a floured countertop,
roll out the dough to a thin sheet with a
floured rolling pin, Cut out 4 circles. Prick
these with a fork. Set aside in the freezer for
15 - 20 min.

Preheat the oven to 410°F/210°C.

Core the apples with an apple
corer. Cut them in quarters, peel, and slice
finely. Arrange on the pastry, overlapping
slightly. Bake for about 15 minutes.

Brush melted butter on the apples
before placing them in the oven. This will
ensure that the pastry and the apples remain
crunchy.

Dust the tartlets with sugar.
Continue cooking for 15 minutes.
