Serves 6:
Method:

Whisk the cottage cheese together with the
crème fraiche,
the eggs, the 2 sugars, the cornstarch, and the kirsch.
Set aside.

Preheat the oven to 450°F/230°C.

Roll out the dough and line a greased tart pan with it.
Cover the tart crust with the cheese
mixture.

Bake for about 30 min. Allow it to cool before
turning it out on a cooling rack.

After it cools,
chill until serving.
