Method:

°Preheat the oven to 350°F/180C.
-
Roll out the dough and line 4
greased tartlet pans with it. Prick the tart
bases with a fork. Cover with baking paper and
fill with dried beans. Bake blind for 10 min.

Meanwhile, break the chocolate
into small pieces. Bring the cream and 3/4 oz
(20g) of butter to a boil. Pour this mixture
over the chocolate. Cool for about 5 min. Mix
slowly.

Take the tartlets out of the
oven. Fill with orange marmalade and cover with
chocolate. Cool before serving.
