Serves 6:
Method:

Preheat the oven
to 390°F/200°C.

Roll out the
dough. Line a greased tart pan with it. Prick
the dough with a fork. Bake blind for about 20
minutes.

Take the pan out
of the oven and cool.

Meanwhile, prepare
the topping: whisk the cream in a bowl. Add the
sugar and vanilla extract.

Fill the tart
crust wit this mixture. Arrange the blackberries
on top in concentric circles.

In a saucepan,
heat the currant jelly, adding the kirsch over
low heat. Cover the blackberries with this
mixture and serve quickly.
