Method:

Preheat the oven
to 350°F/180°C.

Roll the dough to
a thickness of 1/22 inch/2mm. Cut 6 tartlet
bases from the dough shaped like bananas.

Peel the bananas.
Cut each banana into thin slices.

Arrange each
sliced banana on a tartlet base; the slices
should overlap slightly. Dust with brown sugar
and cinnamon.

Place the tartlets
on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.

Take the tartlets
out of the oven. Brush them with rum, using a
pastry brush. Serve hot or cold.
