Method:

On a floured countertop, roll out the dough until it is
about 1/8 inch (3 mm) thick.

Line a pie pan with the dough.
Prick the base. Chill for 15 min.

Preheat the oven to 370°F/190°C.

Peel the apples,
discard the cores, and quarter the apples. Cut into
slices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Arrange in
concentric circles on the pie crust.

Mix the 2 sugars
and sprinkle them on the apples. Bake for 20 - 25 min.
Serve with custard.
