Ingredients
Serves 4
Method:
-
Peel and
slice the apples. Crush the almonds. Set aside.

Preheat the
oven to 390°F/200°C.

Roll out the
dough and line a non-stick pan whit it. Sprinkle
the almonds over the tart base and lay out the
apple slices. Dust with half of the brown sugar.
Set aside.

Heat the
cream over low heat.
-
In a bowl,
beat the egg yolks and the remaining brown sugar
until the mixture turns light and fluffy. Fold
in the cream and add the whiskey. Stir well.

Cover the
apples with this cream. Bake for 30 -35 minutes.

Dust the tart
with confectioners' sugar.
