Ingredients

4 tbsp butter, cut up

oz/125
g semisweet/dark chocolate,
coarsely chopped

4 tbsp light corn
syrup/golden syrup

1/3 cup/40 g corn flakes
-
2 tbsp shredded/desiccated coconut
Method:

Butter an 8-inch
(20-cm) round cake pan and line with waxed paper.

Melt the butter and chocolate with the corn syrup in
a medium saucepan over low heat.

Stir in the corn
flakes and coconut until well blended. Spoon into
the prepared pan, pressing down lightly.

Refrigerate for 3 hours. Use a sharp knife to cut
into wedges.
