g
all-purpose/plain
flour
-
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
-
1/4 tsp salt

4 tbsp sunflower or peanut
oil
-
3/4 cup/150 g firmly packed
light brown sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla
extract/essence
-
1 cup/180 g white chocolate
chips
-
1 cup/100 g chopped walnuts
Method:

Sift the
flour, baking powder, and salt into a medium
bowl. Beat the butter, oil, and brown sugar in a
large bowl with an electric mixer at high speed
until creamy.
-
Add the egg

log, wrap in
plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30
minutes.

sheets. Slice the dough 1/4 inch (5-mm) thick
and place 2 inches (5 cm) apart on the prepared
