Cake Recipe
Ingredients
Serves 6:

3 1/2 oz (100 g) Nestle Fiber 1 flakes

eggs
-
juice and zest of 2 oranges
-

oz (70 g) melted butter

3 1/2 oz (100 g)
dark chocolate

1/3lb (150 g) sugar
-
8 3/4 oz
(250 g) sifted flour

1 packet of baking powder
-
1 teaspoon allspice (or grated ginger or a mix of
pepper and nutmeg)
Method:
-
Pour the cereal into a mixing bowl. Add the eggs.
Mix with the orange juice and 2/3 cup (160
ml) of water.

Add the orange zest. Mix well. Cover
with a piece of cloth and leave to rest at room
temperature for about 5 min.

Add 1 3/4 oz (50
g) of butter, the chocolate, cut into pieces, the
sugar, flour, yeast, and allspice. Mix well.

Pour
into a greased cake pan and bake in a preheated oven
at 350°F (180°C) for about 1 hour.
