Ingredients
Method:

Melt 120g of
butter. Beat together 4 eggs with the sugar in a
bowl, until the mixture turns white. Add the
melted butter and the milk, rum, orange blossom
water, vanilla extract, and salt.

Mix well. work in
the yeast, which dissolved in a little lukewarm
water. Knead the dough, combining it with 500g
of lour; the dough should be firm.

Place the dough in
a bowl, dust with flour, and cover with a cloth.
Allow to rest for 3 hour at room temperature.

Knead the dough
again to bring it down, Roll it out and place it
in a greased brioche pan. Allow to rise for 2 h.

Preheat the oven
to 350F/180C.

Brush the dough
with the remaining beaten egg, and then make a
cross-like incision with a pair of scissors.
Bake for 25 minutes.
