Serves 8:
Method:

Preheat the oven to
390F (200C).
-
Chop the hazelnuts finely.
Spread them on a baking sheet and place in a hot
oven for a few
minutes.

During this time, whisk the egg whites with the
sugar. Add the hazelnuts and 1 1/2 oz (40 g)
of flour and 3 1/2 oz (100 g) of melted
butter. Mix well.
-
Pour
the batter into a
greased and floured pan. Bake for about 35 min.
-
Turn out and
allow to cool on a cooling rack.
