Method:

Preheat the
oven to 350°F/180°C.

Chop the almonds
finely. Set aside.

In a bowl blend 7 oz (200 g)
of flour, 7 oz (200 g) of butter, the eggs, sugar,
salt, and ground
almonds.

Blend the mixture carefully until it is soft and
pliable.
-
Grease and flour a 10 inch (24 cm) pan.
-
Pour the batter into a pan. Bake for 40 minutes.
