Preheat the oven to 300°F/150°C.

Break the
chocolate into pieces and place in a bowl. Add 7 oz
(200 g) of butter. Place the bowl in a double boiler
and stir with a wooden spoon until the ingredients
have completely melted. Add the sugar and eggs.

In
another bowl mix 5 oz (140 g) 01 flour, the cocoa,
and the yeast. Slowly fold into the mixture, still
in the double boiler. Keep folding until the batter
is smooth.

Grease a ribbed pan with a brush and
sprinkle with the remaining flour. Turn the pan over
after making sure the inside is completely covered
with flour and shake out the excess flour.

Pour
the batter into the pan. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.

Turn out the cake on a serving dish. Dust with
confectioners' sugar and serve warm.
