Ingredients
Serves 6:

9 1/2 oz flour
-
1 egg yolk
-
1 pinch of salt

4 tbsp sunflower
oil

1/3 oz butter
Filling:
Method:

Combine 250 g of flour, the yolk, salt, oil, and
about6f1 oz (180 ml) of water. Knead well, until
the dough is firm and elastic. Shape into a ball.
Allow to chill in the refrigerator for 1 - 2 h.

During this time, prepare the filling: peel and
core the apples. Cui each apple into 12 slices.

Roll out the dough in a thin layer on a dish
towel. Cover with apple slices. Add the raisins,
sugar, cinnamon, and bread crumbs.

Preheat
the oven to 410°F/210°C.

Take the cloth by
its ends. Fold it over and then roll up the strudel.
Place the strudel on a greased baking sheet. Bake
for about 50 min.
