Orange-Cinnamon Loaf Recipe

cup buttermilk or sour milk

cup water

tablespoons butter, cut
up

cups bread flour

tablespoons granulated sugar

teaspoons finely shredded orange peel

teaspoon salt

teaspoon ground cinnamon

teaspoon active dry
yeast or
bread machine yeast

Method:

Add
all of the ingredients except
the
Orange Glaze to the bread machine according to the
manufacturer's directions.

Bake using the basic
white bread cycle: Remove hot bread from machine as
soon as it is done. Cool completely on wire rack.
Drizzle with Orange Glaze.

Orange Glaze: Mix 1 cup sifted powdered sugar and 1
teaspoon vanilla. Stir in enough orange juice (4 to
6 teaspoons) to make drizzling consistency.
