Orange-Ginger Butter Recipe

Method:

In a small saucepan
heat 1/2 cup orange marmalade just until
melted, stirring constantly.

In a medium bowl beat 1/2
cup butter until fluffy. Beat in the
melted marmalade, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar or
cider vinegar,
1 tablespoon finely chopped crystallized ginger.

Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
