Herbed Feta Spread Recipe

1 (8 ounce) package
reduced-fat cream cheese

1 (4 ounce) package
crumbled garlic, herb feta cheese

1 tablespoon milk

freshly ground pepper to
taste
Method:

In a small bowl combine
the cream cheese, crumbled garlic-and-herb feta cheese, 1
tablespoon milk, and freshly ground pepper to taste.

Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until
well mixed and of desired spreading consistency.

Line a 1 1/2-cup mold or bowl with plastic wrap.
Spoon cheese mixture into mold; spread evenly in
mold, removing any air bubbles.

Cover the top with
plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve (up to 3
days).

To serve, unwrap and invert molded cheese
onto serving platter. Carefully remove plastic wrap.
If desired, garnish with snipped fresh herbs and/or
fresh herb sprigs.
