Cream Cheese Butter Recipe

 

Ingredients

 

Makes about 1 cups

  • 3 ounce packages cream cheese, softened

  • 1/4 cup butter, softened

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar


Method:

  1. In a small bowl beat two 3-ounce packages softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup softened butter, and 1 teaspoon vanilla until light and fluffy.

  2. Gradually add 1 1/4 cups sifted powdered sugar, beating well. Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving.

  3. To serve, let stand at room temperature 30 minutes.
